Your protein pancakes will never be the same 


Every morning, I have been eating the same chocolate pb pancake for the last year because it is that good.  I came across this P28 caramel turtle butter and thought I’d give it a try. It is so good, thick, and sweet 😍.  The biggest challenge is not eating it directly out of the jar.

The pancake:

➡️1 scoop of chocolate protein

➡️1/4 cup egg whites

➡️1/2 tsp of baking powder

-➡️Enough water to turn mixture into a pancake consistency

➡️pour into frying pan until bubbly on top and then flip

Protein gummy bears

     When I had my wisdom tooth removed last summer, I was in the middle of contest prep. I was in a lot of pain and was unable to eat my normal set of foods, such as chicken and steak.  I still needed to reach my target macros and was relying on eating protein smoothies, but it got old quickly. Alas the protein gummy bear was born!

1 scoop of fruit flavored protein

1 packet of sugar free jello

1 packet of knox gelatin

1/2 cup of water

Mix the water, protein, and jello together, slowly add gelatin while stirring. Microwave mixture for 1.5 minutes and pour into ice cube trays. Let stand for 15 minutes in the freezer. Enjoy!
